Xeron Shop Terms of Service

1. Who we are and scope

These Terms apply to all purchases of digital keys and codes from shop.xeron.site (the "Shop"), offered by Xeron ("I", "me", "we"). By buying you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not buy.

2. What we sell

The Shop sells activation keys and redemption codes that you enter on the platform or service named on the product page (for example Steam, the Rockstar Games Launcher or the Spotify and YouTube redemption pages). A key is a code, not an account: you do not receive login details of any account, and you stay in control of your own account at all times.

The product page and the linked Ko-fi page describe the product, platform, region and any requirements. Please read them carefully. Small differences in wording between platforms can occur; if anything is unclear, ask me before you buy.

3. Requirements for using a key

• Platform and region: many keys only work on one platform and in certain countries. It is your responsibility to check that the key works for your platform, region and account.
• Account requirements: subscription codes can have conditions set by the provider, for example for new customers only, no active subscription, or a minimum account age. You are responsible for meeting them.
• Age and system requirements: games can have age ratings and system requirements. You must be old enough to buy and use the product under local law and platform rules, and your device must meet the requirements.

4. Purchase and payment

• Every product links to a Ko-fi page. The purchase contract is concluded when you complete checkout there.
• Payment is processed by Ko-fi and its payment providers. Ko-fi's own terms and privacy policy apply in addition to these Terms.
• The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Taxes (for example VAT) may be added or included depending on your country and Ko-fi's settings.
• If a payment is reversed, charged back or found to be fraudulent, I may deactivate or withdraw the key where this is possible.

5. Delivery

Keys are delivered digitally through Ko-fi (for example as a download or message) or by e-mail, normally promptly after payment. Some orders may be delivered manually and take longer. Please make sure the e-mail address you use at checkout is correct. If you did not receive your key, contact me (see section 11) and include your Ko-fi order details.

6. Validity of keys

I deliver keys that are valid and unused at the time of delivery. If a key turns out to be invalid, already redeemed or deactivated for reasons on my side, I will replace it or refund you as described in the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

7. Personal use and no resale

A key is for you and for one single redemption. Unless a product page says otherwise, you may not resell, share, publish or redistribute keys, and you may not use one purchase for several people or accounts. Please keep your key private: a key that was shared and redeemed by someone else cannot be replaced.

8. Third-party services and brands

Games and subscriptions are provided by third parties who set their own terms, prices, regions and rules and can change or end their services at any time. I have no influence on them. All names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and the Shop is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. Please follow the terms of the platform on which you redeem and use the product. I am not responsible for measures that third parties take against your account.

9. Liability

I am liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and wherever the law makes liability mandatory. In cases of slight negligence I am only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and only for the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Otherwise liability is excluded as far as the law allows. Your statutory consumer rights, including warranty rights for defective digital products, remain unaffected.

10. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms, for example when the Shop or the law changes. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. The version that applied when you bought a product stays valid for that purchase.
